How old are children at MRNS?

We think of our school as an ideal first school experience for children ages 2 1/2 and 4, as they prepare for Junior Kindergarten. Our teachers are Early Childhood Educators (ECE) specialists with extensive experience working with preschool children.

Is my child ready for school?

Readiness for preschool depends more on your child’s needs. Spending time with your child at school can ease them into spending time away from you. Our 2 and 3 day programs allow a more gradual introduction to the demands of a school routine.

Not all children are toilet-trained when they are ready for school. We allow children to develop at their own pace in all areas, including toilet readiness.

What are the hours?

Manor Road Nursery School opens at 8:30 am and ends at 11:30 am, but children can arrive and leave during that time as meets their family’s needs.
